摘要
采用脂肪酸、AES和OP—10的组合与Ca(OH)2晶体复合制备有机-无机复合微乳胶囊,对涂层自动分层成膜条件及配制涂料的流变性等进行了研究。成功开发出具有实际应用价值的,以PVA为基料,环保、耐水,并具有良好防污性的内墙涂料。
The organic-inorganic compound micro-emulsion capsule is prepared by combination of fatty acid,AES and OP-10as well as crystal compound with Ca(OH) 2 .The study on coat automatic delamination filming condi-tions and rheologic property for coating preparation has been carried out.The internal wall coating has been success-fully developed with practical application value,which is based on PVA with environmental protection,waterproof and good anti-fouling.
