摘要  自润滑复合镀技术是制备具有减摩性能复合材料的一种新途径。指出了制备自润滑复合镀层的两种常用方法为复合电镀和复合化学镀法,并概括了各自的特点。详述了Ni P PTFE、Zn PTFE、Ni MoS2以及纳米自润滑复合镀层的研究现状,讨论了影响自润滑复合镀层结构与性能的各种因素。 Technology of self-lubricating composite plating was a new way to pre pare antifriction composite, by two common methods of electroplating and electro less plating. Features of two methods were described respectively. Current study of Ni-P-PTFE?Zn-PTFE?Ni-MoS2 and self-lubricating nano-composite coat ing were introduced in detail, and effects on structure and property of self-lubricatin g composite plating were also discussed.
