摘要
Fe P合金刷镀工艺采用可溶性金属阳极纯铁,与石墨阳极比较,刷镀层沉积速度可提高4倍。镀层硬度高、耐磨性好,适合零件磨损后快速修复。提出了Fe P合金快速刷镀液的配方,研究了刷镀液中亚磷酸浓度、pH值、镀笔运动和工作电压对镀层沉积速度和镀层磷含量的影响。
Deposition rate of Fe-P alloy brush plating using soluble iron anode w as 4 times higher than that of graphite anode process. Fe-P alloy deposit had h i gh hardness and good abrasion resistance. It was applicable to rapid repair of w orn work-pieces. Formula of Fe-P alloy brush plating was presented. Influences o f concentration of phosphorous acid , pH value, working speed of brush-pen and working voltage on deposition rate and phosphorus content were studied.
