摘要
采用周期换向电解法,在添加适量添加剂TA的碱性溶液中对铝材进行电解抛光。经研究表明,其抛光效果优于采用传统方法和直流恒压法进行电解抛光的抛光效果,而且其工艺具有操作温度低、溶液使用寿命长及铝材溶解损耗少等优点。研究了添加剂浓度、电流密度以及电压对周期换向法电解抛光效果的影响,并确定了最佳的工艺条件。
Aluminium material was electropolished with ad dition of additive TA in alkaline solution by periodic reverse current. Results of study showed that effect of electropolishing by periodic reverse current wa s better than that by traditional method and direct current-constant voltage. I n addition, periodic reverse electropolishing had advantages of low temperature, long span-life of solution and little dissolution of aluminium. Influences of additive content, current density and voltage were also discussed, and the optim al process was identified.
