摘要
目的 测定德国小蠊、黑胸大蠊和美洲大蠊对 4种常用杀虫剂的敏感性 ,积累抗性本底资料 ,指导科学合理使用杀虫剂。方法 药膜接触法。结果 德国小蠊对溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯抗性系数分别为1.63~ 2 .49、2 .2 6~ 3 .3 9、2 .2 2~ 3 .2 0、2 .91~ 3 .76;黑胸大蠊对 4种杀虫剂抗性系数分别为 1.3 3~ 2 .0 2、1.3 0~ 3 .2 3、1.48~ 2 .65、1.95~ 2 .68;美洲大蠊对 4种杀虫剂的抗性系数分别为 1.49~ 1.5 0、1.49~ 1.74、1.5 2~ 2 .2 0、2 .16~ 2 .5 7。结论 德国小蠊对 4种杀虫剂已产生一定抗药性 ,黑胸大蠊和美洲大蠊抗性不明显。
Objective To determine the sensitivity of Blattela germanica, Periplaneta fuliginosa and Periplaneta americana to four common insecticides, to collect basic data about their insecticide resistance, and to give guidance to apply insecticides rationally and scientifically.Methods The method of cortacting with chemical in jar was used.Results The resistance index of Blattella germanica to deltamethrin, cypermethrin, high effect cypermethrin and permethrin was respectively 1.63- 2.49 , 2.26- 3.39 , 2.22- 3.20 and 2.91- 3.76 ; For P.fuliginosa , 1.33- 2.02 , 1.30- 3.23 , 1.48- 2.65 and 1.95- 2.68 ; For P.americana , 1.49- 1.50 , 1.49- 1.74 , 1.52- 2.20 and 2.16- 2.57 respectively. Conclusion Blattella germanica has developed resistance to the insecticides mentioned above, while P.fuliginosa and P.americana has developed lower resistance.
