马利兰对慢性粒细胞白血病生存期的影响

Effecf of Myleran on the Survival Duration of Chronic Granulocytic Leukemia

本文对间歇大剂量马利兰和对照组治疗的29例慢性粒细胞白血病病人,进行随访分析。发现对照组生存曲线明显长于间歇大剂量马利兰组,并进行了Log—rank检验证实两组生存期相差显著,对两组治疗慢性粒细胞白血病的几个主要问题进行了讨论。

Present in this article was a following up analysis of 29patients with chronie granulocytic leukemia treated with large myleran orin a control group. The survival duration of those in control group wasfound much longer than those treated intermittent large dose myleran. Thiswas also comfirmed by the significant difference in Log-rank test. Somemajor problems in the treatment of the two groups of chronic granulocyticleukemia patients were also discussed.
