影响慢性粒细胞白血病长期生存的因素临床分析

本文把存活5年以上的23例慢粒患者与同期生存时间少于5年的40例慢粒患者的临床特点进行了对照分析;发现生存期较长病例的脾肿大较轻,其首次缓解持续时间较长,而白细胞较高的患者,预后并不一定差。

In order to assess the factors associated with prolonged sur-vival in patients with chronic myeloid leukemia, the clinical date of thesetwenty-three patients with survival for more than five years and in themeantime forty patients with survival for less than five years were anal-ysed. It seems that some factors (sex, age, peripheral blood basophil. peri-pheral blood and bone marrow myeloblast plus promyelocyte) did not haveany effects on the survival of patients (P>0.05). But patients withmassive splenomegaly in CML have shorter survival(P<0.01). Excessiveelevation of white blood cell count is not an indication of bad prognosisin CML. Patients with long duration of first remission can remarkablyprolong survival in CML (P<0.01). We have observed a patient withduration of first remission lasting more than thirty years by now. Busul-fan combined with indirubin may be a beneficial therapeutic plan forCML.
