按传统的诊断方法且符合单项金标准的血管内溶贫49例,常规检查11个项目,分析了阳性率。笔者的体会是:血浆游离血红蛋白、血清结合珠蛋白、红细胞肌酸三项中有二项改变,且结合检查网织红细胞,外周血涂片观察有核红细胞及异形红细胞(包括红细胞碎片),诊断符合率可达95%。

Forty-nine patients with intravascular hemolytic anemiadiagnosed on the basis of traditional method and accorded with individualitems in full stendard were carried out eleven items of routine test, andthe results. had beed analized for the positive rates. The authors realize that the diagnostic tallied rates will come up to95% so long as the plasma free hemoglobin, serm-conjugated globin anderythrocytic creatine were changed in two of them, and integrated withfindings of reticulocytes, abnormal erythrocytes (induded erythrocyticfragments) and peripheric nucleated erythrocytes on blood smears.
