摘要
在含永磁的电磁继电器产品设计中 ,长期以来人们一直采用经验设计和实验分析相结合的办法来确定继电器的各参数 ,工作过程烦琐 ,产品设计周期较长。文章在极化磁系统四种典型简化磁路结构统一数学模型的基础上 ,介绍使用VisualBasic 6 .0语言编制的极化磁系统吸合力矩特性分析软件。该软件可用于研究永磁参数 (尺寸、极面面积、起始工作点及回复磁导率等 )变化对极化磁系统吸合力矩特性 (包括永磁力矩、极化力矩及电磁力矩 )的影响 。
During the course of designing electromagnetic relay with permanent magnet, relay parameters are determined by association working experience with experimental analysis. But the process obviously is so complex, therefore a long design period is needed. Based on uniform mathematic model deduced from four typical types of polarized magnetic systems, this paper seeks to introduce the software of pick up torque analysis of polarized magnetic systems, programmed by Visual Basic 6.0. The software can be used to study effect of permanent parameters (such as the size,!area of polar front, permanent magnetic starting working point and revertible permeability of permanent magnet etc.) on attractive torque of polarized magnetic systems (including permanent torque, polarized torque and electromagnetic torque). The conclusions of this paper are valuable in theory of optimizing design of electromagnetic relay with permanent magnet.
