知识型员工工作满意度和组织承诺关系的实证研究——基于组织信任视角的分析

摘要 一、研究的现实意义绪论古语云:'自古皆有死,民无信不立','上下齐心,其利断金','士为知己者死',这都说明组织内部相互信任与和谐的重要性。在高度信任的氛围中,组织成员之间能敞开心胸,交换意见和看法,将竞争或冲突转化为组织发展的动力。对信任问题的关注来自我们当今社会信任的严重缺失。
