摘要 介绍了手性双口恶唑啉配体的各种结构类型、合成方法及其金属配合物在不对称反应中的研究近况。参考文献 2 All kinds of chiral bis oxazoline ligands and their synthetic methods were discussed. They can be synthesized by the reaction between dicarboxylic acid derivatives or dinitriles with β amino alcohol, the preparation of amino alcohol is a critical step. For the biaryl ligand, Ullman reaction is a good choice. In recent years, the chiral bis oxazoline metal complexes were applied to the asymmetric Wacker-Type cyclization, Claisen rearrangement, 1,3 dipolar cycloaddition, hetero Diels-Alder reaction and diene cyclization/hydrosilylation, etc. 29 References were cited.
