摘要
目的 分析resistin基因 5′调控区单核苷酸多态性 (SNPs)与 2型糖尿病的关系。方法 对 30名 2型糖尿病患者及 30名非糖尿病对照者resistin基因 5′调控区进行测序分析 (所有受试者均为中国汉族人群 )。采用 χ2 检验比较两组间SNPs的差异。结果 共检测出 4个SNPs多态位点 ,分别为g .- 6 38G >A(0 .14 17)、g.- 5 37A >C(0 .0 6 6 7)、g .- 4 2 0C >G(0 .30 83)、g . 35 8G >A(0 .14 17)。统计显示 2型糖尿病患者与对照组之间各SNPs等位基因频率无显著性差异。结论 在中国汉族人群resistin基因 5′调控区多态位点与
Objective To determine whether there is association of single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) in the resistin gene with type 2 diabetes.Methods Thirty type 2 diabetes and 30 control subjects in Chinese Han population were selected.We analyzed the 5′ flanking region of resistin gene by sequencing.Then we compared SNPs between the two groups(by χ 2 test).Results Four SNPs were found,they were g. 638G>A(0.1417),g. 537A>C(0.0667),g. 420C>G(0.3083),and g. 358G>A(0.1417),respectively,but no significant differences in the allele frequencies of these SNPs were detected between type 2 diabetes and the control subjects.In them,g. 638G>A and g. 358G>A appear to be in perfect linkage disequilibrium,and the frequencies of them were obviously higher in Chinese Han population than that in other population.Conclusion The variant of the resistin gene is not associated with type 2 diabetes in Chinese Han population.
