国内外淘汰种猪、晚阉猪屠宰法规标准研究

Study on the slaughtering regulations and standards of elimination of breeding pigs and castrated pigs at home and abroad

我国养猪业每年产生的淘汰种猪、晚阉猪约1 275万头,但其屠宰流向等相关法规标准不明确。通过探讨我国屠宰法规有关淘汰种猪及晚阉猪处理规定存在的问题,分析了欧美国家、中国台湾等发达地区有关淘汰种猪、晚阉猪处理的相关法规,借鉴发达国家和地区的成熟经验做法,对淘汰种猪、晚阉猪屠宰后的流向进行明确规定。

There were about 12.75 million elimination of breeding pigs and castrated pigs that were produced every year in China’s pig industry,but the relevant regulations including slaughter flow were not clear.The problems in China’s slaughter regulations regarding the disposal of elimination of breeding pigs and castrated pigs were discussed,and relevant regulations concerning the disposal of the elimination of breeding pigs and castrated pigs in developed countries including Europe and the United States and Taiwan were analyzed,and mature experiences and practices of developed countries and regions was used for reference,and the flow of elimination of breeding pigs and castrated pigs after slaughter were clearly defined.
