摘要 非洲猪瘟作为一种目前没有疫苗和药物可以有效防控的急性、热性、高度接触性和致死性的传染病,自去年传入我国以来,对我国养猪业造成了灾难性的影响。目前我国养猪业集约化水平偏低,广大的散养户分散在全国各地村镇。当前我国动物防疫体系整体力量薄弱,尤其在广大农村地区,基层防疫人员匮乏,非洲猪瘟防疫形势严峻。要做好非洲猪瘟防控,需要从产业链各个环节入手。屠宰场作为生猪产业链的关键一环,是各地生猪汇聚之地,具有巨大的疫情传播风险,屠宰后的肉品流入到餐桌和下一个生产环节,也会持续的带来疫情风险。使用高灵敏度的检测方法对待宰生猪进行宰前检疫,做好屠宰场非洲猪瘟防控,防止非洲猪瘟阳性猪肉流入食品和生猪深加工产业链,对于整个非洲猪瘟防控具有重要意义。 African swine fever was an acute,heat,highly contagious and fatal infectious disease,and there were no vaccines and drugs that could effectively prevent and control currently.Since it was introduced to China last year,African swine fever made a disastrous impact to pig industry in China.At present,the intensive level of pig industry in China was low,and the majority of scattering raising-households were dispersed in villages and towns throughout the country.The overall strength of animal epidemic prevention system in China was weak,especially in the vast rural areas,grass-roots epidemic prevention personnel were deficient,and the situation of African swine fever prevention was severe.To do prevention and control of African swine fever well,we needed to start with all links in the industry chain.The slaughterhouse was taken as a key link in the pig industry chain,and it was a place where pigs gathered everywhere,and it had a huge risk of epidemic transmission.The meat after slaughter flowed into the dining table and the next production link,and it would continue to bring the risk of the epidemic.A highly sensitive detection method was used,and live pig to be slaughtered was conducted to quarantine before slaughtering.To do prevention and control of African swine fever in slaughterhouse well,and prevent African swine fever positive pork from flowing into the food and deep processing industry chain of live pig,and it had important significance for the prevention and control of African swine fever.
