Shen Hua project is the large-scale energy sources development project presented at the Fourteenth NationalCongress of Chinese Communist Party whose emphasis is coal exploitation. And Suozhou-Huanghuagang railway isthe important part of Shen Hua Project. During the construction of Suozhou-Huanghuagang railway, Shen Hua Groupbased on the scientific development, optimized the design and construction plan, strictly carried out the projectresponsibility system, inviting bidding and bid system, supervision system of the project and contact managementsystem and complete the construction ahead of schedule, ensured good engineering quality and solved the investment.As for the railway operation, it realized the innovation in operation mode, transport system, framework setting anddistribution system obtaining good economic benefits.
