摘要 哈尔滨—大连电气化改造工程项目利用德国政府贷款,系统引进德国电气化铁路技术、设备和管理方式,这是我国铁路电气化建设的首例。作为引进项目,牵引供电系统的整体性、相关性、目的性和环境适用性等基本特征应融于或服从于哈大线铁路运输大系统之中。文中介绍了哈大线牵引供电系统设计对外部环境的适应和系统内部诸如供电规划、牵引变电所、接触网、SCADA和运营维修管理之间协调配合的一致性等内容。 The engineering project of electrification remodeling on Haerbin-Dalian line was supported by the loan from Germangovernment, and the system imported the German electrification railway technology, equipment and managementmethod, which is the first example of its kind in Chinese railway electrification construction. As the imported project,the basic characteristics such as integrity, relativity, functionality and environmental adaptability of traction supplyingsystem should be in harmony with or submitted to the large system of Haerbin-Dalian railway transportation. Theessay introduces the adaptability of traction supplying design on Haerbin-Dalian line to the external environment,and the coherence status inside the system such as the harmonization of power supplying plan, traction substation,catenary, SCADA and management of operation and maintenance.
