摘要 肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)是以腹痛)或腹部不适为主的,伴有大便性状或排便习惯改变的一种功能性胃肠疾病,病因与发病机制尚不完全清楚,其中,慢性内脏过敏是主要发病机制之一,而且,越来越多的证据也表明IBS病人存在内脏高敏感状态[1~6].
