介绍以花生提取油脂后所剩花生饼为原料 ,经碱性条件水解处理 ,制得多肽液 ,再加入适量稳定剂、防腐剂后 ,成为一种具有较好灭火性能的消防材料。经专业人员测试 ,其发泡倍数为 7 6 ,析液时间7min ,灭火时间 116s,抗烧时间 14min。均符合国家标准。
The fruid of polypeptide wasattained by hydrolysis treatment under alkalinity condition to the peanut which having been extracted fat and oil.After adding apt stabiliser and corrosion remover into the fruid of polypeptide,a type of fire extinguishing material which was of better performance was made.The test by the professional showed that the foaming multiple reached 7.6,the time of kicking out 7min,the time fire extinction 116s,the time of fire resistive 4min,The results corresponded to the national criteria.
