摘要
本文着重介绍了以聚氨酯泡沫塑料为基材 ,利用电化学理论和方法 ,通过化学镀和电镀制备泡沫铜吸声材料的方法。研究表明 ,用这种方法制造的吸声材料具有高的孔隙率和吸声特性。该吸声材料可广泛用于通风管道 ,汽车、舰船进排气消声设备的制造。
The essay introduced a method,applying the theory of electrochemistry and process of non-electroplating followed by electroplating,into the manufacture of foamed copper sound absorbing material,which is based on polyurethane foam、The research indicates that this kind of sound-absorbing material has superior opening ratio and fine absorbing property and can be widely used in the manufacture of exhausting pipe and noise control equipment of automobiles and naval vessels.
