摘要
基于在碱性介质中,没食子酸-过氧化氢-甲醛体系的化学发光,建立了流动注射-化学发光快速测定水溶液中甲醛的方法。该法的线性范围为1.0×10-6~7×10-4g/mL,该法的检出限为2×10-7g/mL。10次平行测定甲醛的相对标准偏差为2.1%。该法用于自来水中甲醛的加标回收,结果满意。
Based on the gallic acid-CH2O-H2O2-OH-chemiluminescence system,a rapid method for the determination of trace formaldehyde in aqueous solution is developed. Under optimal conditions, the linear range for the determination of formaldehyde is 1.0×10-6~ 7×10-4 g/mL. The detection limit is 2×10-7 g/mL. The relative standard deviations for 5×10-5 g/mL formaldehyde (n=10) is 2.1%.
