本文对股份制商业银行的未来发展方向进行了前瞻。认为 ,国际化改造、向事业部制过渡、两个市场上市、向金融控股公司转变以及购并重组有可能成为五个重要的发展趋势。
This article forecasts the direction of the future d evelopment of share-holding commercial banks, considering that the following may possibly become the five trends for development. They are internationalization, the transformation to institutional departments, IPO in the two markets, transformation to share-holding financial company and merge and consolidation.
