摘要
根据长达3年的工程试验数据,本公司研建了商品混凝土回弹法测强曲线,给出回弹法水平向检测混凝土侧面以及向上或向下检测混凝土浇筑底面或表面的曲线方程,同时与国家统一测强曲线进行比较;对墙、板两类构件回弹测强曲线参数进行研究;分析了墙、板两类构件的芯样抗压强度、回弹值以及碳化深度随龄期的变化关系,给出现浇楼板两种特定状态下的回弹值角度修正、浇筑面修正公式,针对实体混凝土质量对回弹测强曲线检测精度的影响进行初步探讨。研究成果可供工程质量检测鉴定参考。
According to the data got from the engineering entity and large-scale test model in three years long,the author writes this paper to study ready-mixed concrete strength curve of rebound method testing,give the curve equation of rebound method for the horizontal test of concrete side and upward or downward detection of concrete pouring underside or surface.At the same time,the change trend of the old and new rules of rebound method and the comparison can also be seen in the introduction.The article studied on the rebound method strength curve parameters of shear walls and cast-in-place slabs,and the age effect to concrete cores,rebound values and carbonation depth of concrete.In order to set up the connection between the cast-in-place floor units and the rebound method for the horizontal test of commodity concrete pouring side,the author gives rebound value angle correction and pouring surface correction formulas of the cast-in-place floor units under two particular states.At last,it preliminary studied the effect of structure concrete quality on the strength curve detecting precision.The results of this paper can be used as a reference for the project quality detection and identification.
