摘要
本试验利用超细粉煤灰的优良物理性能,采用多种胶材体系配制超细粉煤灰混凝土,并研究其力学特征及水化特性。结果表明:超细粉煤灰具有需水量低,水化活性较普通粉煤灰高的特性。在保持减水剂掺量不变、混凝土工作性能相一致的条件下,超细粉煤灰掺量提高时,混凝土的单方用水量减小,早期强度变化不规律不明显,后期强度逐渐增高。与矿粉、粉煤灰混用的三种胶材体系中,超细粉煤灰掺量较高时更能体现出其水化活性优势。混凝土硬化照片表明。
The SFA concrete was made by the high quality SFA physical characteristics and variety of cementitious material system, and the mechanical characteristics and hydration characteristics were studied.The results show that SFA has good water-reducing effect and higher hydration activity characteristics.Under the same PC content and consistent concrete work performance,with the increasing of SFA content,the concrete water-cement ratio decreases,the early strength changes erratically obvious and the late strength gradually increases.Under the three cementitious material system,the SFA hydration activity advantage reflect better while the SFA content is higher.The photos of the harden paste show that the hydration structure of SS and SSF systems are relatively dense,and SF system is loose.
