摘要
水泥和辅助性胶凝材料的物理化学特性对混凝土的性能有很大的影响。本项目测试了长沙地区6家企业的水泥、矿渣粉和粉煤灰这三种胶凝材料的物理性能和化学组分,基于混凝土耐久性设计规范,分析和讨论了它们可能对混凝土耐久性产生的影响。结果表明,这些胶凝材料基本能够满足相应混凝土耐久性设计的要求,但有些胶凝材料在生产过程中需更严格的质量控制。
The physical and chemical characteristics of cements and supplementary cementitious materials have a great effect on the properties of concrete.Based on the chemical analysis and physical testing of cement,slag and fly ash were commonly used in Changsha area,this paper analysed and discussed the possible influence of these cementitious materials on the durability of concrete.The results indicated that they can basically satisfy the requirements for concrete durability design.However,some cementitious material need more strict quality control procedures.
