摘要
本文以P·O52.5R水泥、混合砂、致密石灰石集料和聚羧酸高性能减水剂为主要原材料,采用多次正交试验方法确定C80预拌混凝土配合比,然后经过10次验证试验测定了C80预拌混凝土的关键性能指标,所得结果符合配制预期。本文所述方法及数据可为重庆地区C80预拌混凝土生产及应用提供参考。
The article selected P.052.5 cement,mixed sand,high strength aggregate made of limestone,and polycarboxylate superplasticizer as main materials.Through multiple orthogonal tests to determine mix proportion.Then,made 10 verification tests which key performance indicators of C80 ready-mixed concrete were identical with expectation.That gave a reference to production and application of C80 ready-mixed concrete in Chongqing.
