摘要
本文从法律角度针对混凝土企业在合同签订与履行过程经常容易疏忽的问题加以提醒,避免企业在经营过程中造成更大的损失,进一步规范企业内部管理,降低经营风险。
This paper reminds the concrete enterprises some problems easily neglected when sign and fulfill contract from a legal point, in ordor to avoid a greater loss during concrete enterprises operation,and standardize enterprise internal management to reduce the management risk.
