摘要
本文通过研究预拌砂浆生产线主要关键耗能设备运行机制及控制原理,分析了鼓风机、引风机的电机采用变频控制技术来实现节能的可行性。结果表明,对鼓风机、引风机电机采用平滑的变频控制技术后,有利于降低系统风量节流损失,减轻生产线工作波动状态,延长设备使用寿命,对于预拌砂浆生产线的节能降耗具有较广泛的参考价值。
By studying the operation mechanism and control theory of the ready-mixed mortar production line key energy-consuming equipment,this paper analysis blowers and induced draft fan motor adopts frequency control technology to achieve the feasibility of energy-saving.The results showed that the blower.Induced draft fan motor using the smooth frequency control technology,which helps to reduce the amount of wind in your system throttling losses,reduce production line working volatility state,extend equipment life, Energy saving of ready-mixed mortar production line has a wider reference value.
