摘要
本文介绍了天津某钢厂耐火混凝土的设计要求,探讨了硅酸盐耐火混凝土的配合比设计和耐火性能。研究结果表明:通过添加引气剂、纤维和水泥复配技术,在满足其力学性能的前提下,其耐火极限可以达到1小时;通过对过火前后混凝土表面粉末的XRD分析,探讨了影响耐火时间的原因,对如何提高硅酸盐耐火混凝土进行了积极的研究。
This paper introduces the design requirements of Tianjin iron refractory concrete,discusses the mixture ratio design and refractory properties of silicate refractory concrete.Results showed that the fire resistance limit can be reached 1 hour by adding air entraining agent,fiber and cement mixture in order to meet the mechanical properties.Through XRD analysis of the burned surface powder concrete before and after,discusses the impact of the refractory time,has carried on the positive research on how to improve the silicate refractory concrete.
