摘要
本文针对现阶段我国压浆材料研究领域存在的不足,结合压浆剂中消泡组分、膨胀组分、减水组分、超细矿物微粉、填料矿物掺合料的各自特性,利用科学的正交试验研究与分析,揭示了它们对压浆剂性能的影响趋势;通过调整各组分比例,解决压浆材料泌水、收缩问题,最终制备出具有高流动度、微膨胀、高强度等优良性能的压浆材料。
The grouting materials research exists little insufficient in China.Defoaming components,expansion components,water-reducing components,ultra-fine mineral powder,and fillers have different characteristics.Through the orthogonal experiment method,this paper reveals the influence of various components in the grouting agent.By adjusting the ratio of components,it solves the exudation and shrinkage problem.Grouting material with excellent performance,such as high fluidity,micro expansion,high strength,is developed finally.
