摘要 本文采用红外光谱、净浆流动度、砂浆减水率和混凝土强度等方法,研究了一种以玉米淀粉为原料的天然高分子减水剂ST的性能。结果表明:ST的分子结构上成功引入了磺酸基团;对水泥的分散性及分散性保持能力好,与水泥适应性良好,减水率高,对混凝土有较好的增强作用。 A natural polymer water reducer(ST) was synthesized by corn starch, and the performances of ST were characterized by IR spectrum, cement paste fluidity, water reducing ratio and strength of concrete. The results showed that sulfonate groups were introduced into molecular structure of ST, surface tension reduction of the PC-C solution was not obvious, it had a good adaptability and dispersive for cement, dispersive retention improved with the increase of dosage, and it had a high water reducing ratio and strength for concrete.
