矿物掺合料在水泥及混凝土中的应用研究

摘要 本文探讨了矿物掺合料在混凝土中的应用,将P·I52.5水泥掺入部分矿粉、粉煤灰代替P·O42.5水泥,研究对水泥及混凝土性能的影响。结果表明:P·I52.5代替P·O42.5水泥后,提高了水泥抗折强度、水泥胶砂流动度,但是水泥早期抗压强度有所降低,水泥凝结时间有所延长;混凝土坍落度有所降低,混凝土坍落度损失增加,使用激发剂后,混凝土性能得到了改善,降低了混凝土成本。 The application study of mineral admixture in cement and ready-mixed concrete, that is, the influence of P·I52.5 cement with part of slag and fly-ash replacing P·O42.5 cement on properties of cement and concrete was studied in this paper. The results showed that,after P·I52.5 cement with part of slag and fly-ash replacing P·O42.5 cement, the flexural strength and the fluidity of cement mortar became larger, however the setting time of cement became longer, the early strength of cement became lower. For concrete, the slump of concrete decreased and the loss of slump of concrete increased too. after using complex activator, the performance of concrete has changed to be better than the concrete which used P·O42.5 cement; the cost is lower.
