以水泥的视角看混凝土的质量控制

The view of concrete quality control form cement

本文从水泥生产的角度探讨了商品混凝土生产和质量控制的特点,通过混凝土短流程、多组分、零库存、易感性和时效性的分析得出混凝土作为湿化学反应,其在搅拌后各种性质处于动态过程,因此质量控制应该立足前端流程改造和强化后端性能预测分析,这与水泥生产有较大的不同,但两者应该相互吸收借鉴,为混凝土质量控制人员提供创新思路,尤其对水泥企业转变混凝土行业的从业人员改变思维方式实现混凝土质量稳定打下基础。

Come from the Angle of cement production, this paper discussed the characteristics of commodity concrete production and quality control. Through analyzed of the concrete short process, multicomponent, zero inventory, susceptibility and timely, and found out the concrete as a wet chemical reaction, its various properties after mixing in a dynamic process, quality control should be based on the front-end process reform, strengthen the back-end performance prediction analysis to the commodity concrete. It is rather distinct with the cement production, but the two should be mutual absorbing, to provide innovative ideas for concrete quality control personnel, especially for the cement enterprise change the concrete industry workers, change the mode of thinking to realize concrete quality stable.
