摘要
本文以丙烯酸、甲基丙烯基聚氧乙烯醚及不饱和酯类单体为原料,通过自由基聚合的方法合成保坍剂。其中不饱和酯类单体分别为:丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯和丙烯酸羟乙酯;不含酯基的样品为空白试样。在其他因素不变的条件下,等摩尔改变酯类单体种类,将合成的试样做水泥净浆流动度、混凝土性能测试。测试结果表明酯类单体的引入可以有效改善水泥混凝土的分散保持能力,其中丙烯酸羟乙酯保坍能力最好,丙烯酸甲酯次之,丙烯酸乙酯最差。对于混凝土各个阶段的抗压强度,空白试样与其他试样的结果相差不大,这说明合成的保坍剂对抗压强度没有影响。
In this paper, putting AA, TPEG, monomers of unsaturated ester as raw materials, synthetized the slump retaining agent by free radical polymerization. The monomers of unsaturated ester are methyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate and hydroxyethyl acrylate. Regarding the sample without having ester as blank sample. Changing the types of ester's monomers with the same molar weight under the condition of the other factors unchanged, testing the fluidity of cement paste and concrete performance added the synthetic samples. The results show that adding the monomers of unsaturated ester can improve the ability of dispersing retention of the cement and concrete, the ability of retention slump of the hydroxyethyl acrylate is the best, methyl acrylate is better, the ethyl acrylate is good. The compressive strength of blank sample compare with other samples are nearly the same for each stage of concrete compressive strength, this shows that the synthetic slump retenting agent has no effect on compressive strengthy.
