砂粘土含量对混凝土性能的影响

Influence of clay content on properties of concrete

本文研究了粘土对混凝土性能的影响,结果表明:混凝土外掺少量磨细粘土,对混凝土坍落度、各龄期抗压强度、混凝土早期收缩等性能影响较小,而掺量较大时将明显降低混凝土的坍落度及提高混凝土收缩,同时提出了解决砂中含泥量较高的办法。

The influence of clay powder content on properties of concrete were studied in this paper. The results showed that, mixed with small amount of clay powder, the change on the properties of the slump of concrete, the strength of concrete and concrete early shrinkage were not obvious. However, when the amount of clay powder was larger, the slump of concrete reduced badly, and the value of concrete early shrinkage was increased more, at the same time, this paper provided some methods to solve the problem.
