摘要
桥梁防撞护层对混凝土要求较高,具有强度高、耐冲磨、抗侵蚀等特点。根据工程设计要求,从混凝土原材料的选择、配合比的设计思路、高强混凝土的特点等方面为切入点,采用铁钢石及铁钢砂取代普通混凝土所用的常规骨料,通过掺加一定比例的硅灰,优化了铁钢砂混凝土配合比,满足工程设计要求的各项性能,并重点总结了铁钢砂混凝土原材料特点及混凝土配合比设计要点。
Bridge anti-collision protection layer, with high strength, abrasion resistance, and anti-corrosion characteristics, has a higher requirement of concrete. According to the project design requirements, this paper utilized the concept of selecting concreteraw materials, proportional design ideas, and high strength concrete as the starting point.Steel stone andsteel sand were used as conventional aggregate to replace common concrete. By mixing a certain proportion of silica fume, the steel sand concrete proportion was optimized, and every performance index met the requirement of engineering design. The characteristics of raw materials and the design essentials of mix proportion of steel and sand concrete were mainly summarized.
