摘要
本文以兴业银行大厦室内装修改造工程为例,介绍了HCSA膨胀剂在底板结构加固工程中的应用。采用低水胶比、大掺量矿物掺合料和高性能减水剂技术,控制大体积混凝土温升。通过复合使用HCSA膨胀剂与减缩剂,降低大体积混凝土冷缩和自收缩,加强保温养护,有效控制了有害裂缝的出现。
This paper introduces the application of HCSA expansive agent in structure strengthening engineering based on Industrial Bank building renovation. Mass concrete temperature rise was controlled by the use of low water-cement ratio, high volume mineral admixtures and superplasticizer. HCSA expansive agent was used in combination with shrinkage-reducing agent to reduce thermal shrinkage and autogenous shrinkage of mass concrete, maintenance of warm keeping was also enhanced, so that construction quality is effectively secured, without harmful cracks.
