摘要
本文通过分析收尘石灰石粉的性质,提出了收尘石灰石粉在预拌混凝土中的应用方法,即:将收尘石灰石粉作为混凝土生产原材料,其中粉末部分作掺合料等量替代粉煤灰,细砂部分则等量替代特细砂使用,收尘石灰石粉的有效掺量以粉末掺量计。然后,试验测定了收尘石灰石粉混凝土的性能,结果表明:与同等级粉煤灰混凝土比较,收尘石灰石粉混凝土的工作性能相当,强度发展较快,但该混凝土干燥收缩略大。
The paper analyzed properties of waste limestone powder(WLP) which originated from dust collection. On this basis, the paper proposed using method of waste limestone powder, included that WLP was used as raw material of concrete, which powder of WLP was used as concrete additive and the rest of WLP was used as ultra-fine sand. The dosage of WLP in concrete was represented by dosage of powder. Then experimental researched performance of WLP concrete. The result showed that workability of artificial WLP concrete was near that of the same grade fly ash concrete, earlier strength of WLP concrete was superior to fly ash concrete, which the shrinkage of WLP concrete a little more than fly ash concrete.
