摘要
本文以山东省某住宅小区超长地下车库为例,介绍了无线测温技术在夏季施工中控制外墙拆模时间方面的应用。采用LWCT-Ⅰ远程无线混凝土温度测控仪对地下室外墙补偿收缩混凝土实时温度进行监测,及时掌握温度变化,控制拆模时间,从而减少混凝土温度应力,防止外墙出现有害裂缝,使混凝土结构自防水效果得以保证。
The application of wireless temperature measurement technology was introduced in this paper based on a Shandong residence community super-long underground garage. Shrinkage-compensating concrete temperature change of external wall was monitored by LWCT-I wireless temperature measurement system. According to real-time temperature, dismantling template time was controlled to reduce temperature stress. So harmful cracks were prevented and concrete self-waterproof effect was secured.
