摘要
本文以C35泵送混凝土为例采用正交试验研究搅拌站废浆的应用,分析其对预拌混凝土初始坍落度、坍落度损失、抗压强度的影响。试验结果表明:废浆密度是影响混凝土初始坍落度及28d抗压强度的主要因素,废浆掺量是影响混凝土1h坍落度损失值的主要因素,而外加剂用量属于次要影响因素。
By mean of the orthogonal experimental analysis, the influence of waste slurry on the concrete performance of C35 concrete was studied in this paper. The results show that density is the main influence factor of the initial slump and 28 d compressive strength, dosage is the main influence factor of 1 hour slump loss value, while admixture is not the main influence factor of them.
