摘要
本文介绍了混凝土搅拌车罐体的参数和内部结构,并对溢料问题进行了分析论证,指出当前罐体结构在使用过程中的不足之处,寻找解决问题的对策与方案。通过分析,将搅拌筒后锥段叶片高度增加,使其两相对的叶片径向距离减小,起到封料的作用,以解决搅拌车爬坡时漏料的问题。防溢料设计在搅拌车中的应用取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
The concrete mixer tube parameters and internal structure was introduced in this paper, and the overflow problem was analyzed, the current body structure in the use process deficiencies, looking for the measures and solutions to the problems. Through the analysis, this technology increases the blade height of the later cone section, achieving the effect of sealing, to solve the overflow problem of concrete mixer. The anti spilling design in the concrete mixer has achieved good economic and social benefits.
