Study on self-compacting concrete mix design with low content of cementitious material

摘要 本文研究了在低胶凝材料的情况下,粉煤灰与矿粉比例、石粉量、不同增稠剂和黏度改性剂比例对自密实混凝土各项性能的影响。结果表明:在外掺12%石粉范围之内,石粉对自密实混凝土的强度和抗碳化性能有改善作用,但随着石粉掺量的增大,混凝土7d和28d强度均呈现降低的趋势。当粉煤灰与矿粉总掺量为40%,外掺12%的石粉,可以制备出性能优良的低胶凝材料自密实混凝土。 This article discusses the influence of fly ash and slag proportions, the different granite powder content on the work performance and of self-compacting concrete. The results showed that when in the range of 12% granite powder, the granite powder can improve the strength and carbonation resistance of self-compacting concrete. However, with increasing content of the granite powder, the strength of the concrete showed decreased. And when the content of fl y ash and slag is 40%, 12% mixed with granite powder, it can be prepared excellent performance self-compacting concrete with low content of cementitious material.
