摘要
研究了潮湿环境下纤维素醚对高强修补砂浆的工作性能及物理力学性能的影响。结果表明:纤维素醚的掺量、种类对高强修补砂浆拌合物的稠度有一定的影响;高强修补砂浆拌合物的稠度随着纤维素醚掺量的增大而减少,随着纤维素醚粘度的增大而降低。潮湿的水养护环境下,纤维素醚的掺量、种类对高强修补砂浆的强度有影响,高强修补砂浆的抗压、抗折强度随着纤维素醚掺量的增大而降低;潮湿的水养护环境下,低掺量的范围内,纤维素醚的掺量对高强修补砂浆28d的压折比影响相对较小,但当掺量达到0.12%以后则高强修补砂浆的压折比会有所降低,柔韧性有所增强。
The effect of cellulose ethers on performances and mechanical properties of high-strength repair mortar was studied in wet conditions.The results indicated that the type and content of cellulose ethers had some effect on consistency of high-strength repair mortar, with the increasing of content, the consistency would decrease, and it was the same with the effect of viscosity on consistency. In wet conditions of water curing, the type and content of cellulose ethers also had some effect on the mechanical properties of high-strength repair mortar, and the compressive strength and fl exural strength would reduce with the increasing of cellulose ether; in low content range, the cellulose ether had little effect relativly on the 28d compressive and fl exural strength ratio, but when the content of cellulose ether reached 0.12%, the 28 d compressive and fl exural strength ratio would decrease, and the fl exibility would enhance.
