随着社会的进步和人民生活质量的提高,保护环境、减少污染、绿色发展已成为社会共识。要求作为粉尘、噪音、废气、废水重要污染源头之一的预拌混凝土企业绿色发展的呼声越来越高。科学管理与技术进步是实现预拌混凝土企业绿色生产的唯一途径。本文从预拌混凝土企业绿色生产管理体系、绩效评价体系和现代化管理措施三方面研究了预拌混凝土企业绿色生产管理;从环保技术、节能技术两大方面研究了预拌混凝土企业绿色生产技术。通过对预拌混凝土企业绿色生产管理与技术的研究,以确保实现预拌混凝土企业绿色生产的整体目标,推动预拌混凝土行业的可持续发展,为建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会作出应有贡献。

With the progress of society and improvement of people's life quality, protecting the environment, reducing pollution, green development has become the consensus of the community. Green development of ready-mixed concrete enterprises as one of the important pollute source of the dust, noise, waste gas, waste water was required more and more high. Scientific management and technological progress is the only way to realize the green production of ready-mixed concrete enterprises. Green production management of ready-mixed concrete enterprise is researched from the three aspects of management system, performance evaluation system and modern management measures; green production technology of ready-mixed concrete enterprises is researched from the two aspects of environment protection technology and energy-saving technology. Through the research on green production management and technology of ready-mixed concrete enterprises, in order to ensure the realization of the overall goal of green production of ready-mixed concrete enterprises, to promote the sustainable development of ready-mixed concrete industry and to make contributions to the construction of a resource-saving and environmental friendly society.
