摘要
本文研究了机制砂的颗粒级配以及石粉含量对湿拌砂浆使用性能的影响。实验表明:选用级配良好,细度模数在1.8~2.3的机制砂制备的湿拌砂浆,具有较好的工作性能、力学性能与耐久性能;机制砂石粉含量控制在10%以内,能够很好的满足施工质量要求。
The effects of the grain composition and limestone powder of machine-made sand on the properties of wet-mixed mortar was investigated in this paper. The results show that machine-made sand with good grain composition and modulus of fineness from 1.8 to 2.3 can improve the workability, mechanical property and shrinkage property of the wet-mixed mortar, and the workability and mechanical property of the wet-mixed mortar can be improved within 10% amount of the limestone powder and the shrinkage value of mortar is reduced.
