粘土对聚羧酸减水剂分散性能影响综述 被引量:5

摘要 掺加聚羧酸减水剂能明显改善新拌水泥浆体的流动性,而粘土的存在会降低聚羧酸减水剂对水泥、混凝土的分散能力。本文主要分析骨料中粘土矿物的种类及性质,概述了粘土对聚羧酸减水剂分散性能的影响,并解释了作用机理。通过阐述粘土对聚羧酸减水剂吸附能力的影响因素,进而提出改善粘土对减水剂劣化作用的措施,对生产实践起一定的指导作用。 Adding polycarboxylate can significantly improve the fresh cement paste liquidity. But the presence of clay will reduce polycarboxylate dispersion capacity in cement and concrete. The article analyzes that the type and nature of the clay mineral in aggregate. Outline the effect of clay on the dispersion properties of polycarboxylate and explain the mechanism. Through elaborate factor of clay on polycarboxylate adsorption capacity, and then proposed improvement measures that eterioration effect of clay. Play a guiding role in production practice.
