Effect of montmorillonite on properties of PC with different molecular structure

摘要 本研究选用甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)和丙烯酸(AA)为单体,通过调节酸醚比和大单体分子量,合成不同接枝密度和侧链长度的聚羧酸减水剂(PC)。通过对上述样品做净浆流动度试验和掺加3%蒙脱土后浆体流动度试验可知:掺加蒙脱土比未掺加蒙脱土流动度降低,且流动度随着酸醚比和大单体分子量的提高均呈现先增大后减小的趋势。在使用减水剂的前提下,掺加蒙脱土后,混凝土各项性能均有所下降。 Selecting methylallyl ethoxylates and acrylic acid as monomer. By adjusting the ratio of acid and ether monomer molecular weight, synthesizing different grafting density and the length of the side chain of polycarboxylate superplasticizer. Through the paste fl uidity experiments and adding 3% montmorillonite slurry fl uidity experiments can be learned: After adding montmorillonite, fl uidity is decrease. With the acid-ether ratio and monomer weight increase, fl uidity are fi rst increased and then decreased. On the premise of adding PC, Addition of montmorillonite, the properties of concrete are decreased.
