摘要
本文通过分析利用不同比例钢渣粗骨料等体积取代石灰石,对混凝土工作性、力学性能及耐久性能的影响。结果表明:混凝土坍落度经时损失随钢渣取代比例增加有所降低;各龄期强度在钢渣取代比例为60%时,达到最大值;利用钢渣等体积取代石灰石配制的混凝土抗冻融性、抗渗性及抗收缩性等耐久性均有所改善。微观结构表明钢渣粗骨料混凝土界面过渡区结构相对更为致密。
The workability, mechanical property and durability of concrete mixed with different percent slag aggregate was studied. The results showed that the more part of slag aggregate, the more the slump loss; the strength of 7d, 28 d, 60 d of concrete mixed with slag of 60% were largest; to some extent, the freeze-thaw resistance, resistance to water penetration and resistance to shrinkage were improved. The micro measurement showed that the interfi cal transition zone of concrete mixed with slag was more compact.
