二级配再生混凝土力学性能试验研究

Experimental study on mechanical properties of two graded recycled gravel aggregate concrete

摘要 采用废混凝土骨料代替天然骨料,配制了7组配合比,设计了84个试件,分别进行了立方体抗压强度、圆柱体轴心抗压强度、立方体劈裂抗拉强度、弹性模量等力学性能试验。研究了再生骨料对混凝土力学性能指标的影响,基于试验数据,研究了各强度性能指标的换算关系。结果表明:与普通混凝土相比,再生混凝土抗压强度、轴心抗压强度及弹性模量均略为增大,劈裂抗拉强度下降。 84 test specimens were designed for recycled concrete which takes gravel as recycled aggregate,its mechanical properties,such as cube compressive strength,cylinder compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and modulus.The influence of recycled aggregate replacement rate on every property index of recycled aggregate concrete was analyzed.Based on experimental data,the conversion relations of every strength index was proposed.The test results have shown that with the replacement rate of recycled aggregate,the cube compressive strength,cylinder compressive strength and modulus are gradually increased to some extent,the splitting tensile strength has decreased to some extent.
