摘要
本文模拟地下水强酸盐复合的腐蚀环境,以抗压强度耐蚀系数、氯离子扩散深度、质量损失率三个评价指标作为耐腐蚀性能评价指标,试验研究强度等级、骨料岩性以及胶集比等因素对混凝土耐腐蚀性能的影响。研究表明,对给定复合胶凝材料体系,提高混凝土强度等级、选择耐腐蚀性好的骨料以及确定合适的胶集比均可以有效地提高混凝土的耐腐蚀性能。在此基础上,优化并制备出适用于地下水强酸盐复合腐蚀环境中的耐腐蚀混凝土。
In this work,anti-corrosion coefficient of compressive strength,chloride ion diffusion depth and mass change fraction were set up as the indexes to evaluate corrosion resistance of concrete under the simulation of groundwater aggressive environment,The effects of strength grade,the aggregate lithology,and binder aggregate ratio on corrosion resistance of concrete exposed to groundwater aggressive environment were studied.The results showed that for the given composition cementing material system,to increase the concrete strength grade,choose the aggregates with better corrosion resistance and the appropriate binder-aggregate ratio could effectively enhance the corrosion resistance of concrete.On that basis,and the anti-corrosive concrete was achieved by optimizing the influence factors.
