摘要
本文以管桩余浆和燃煤炉渣为原材料,采用体积法配制轻质混凝土,废物利用率达到100%。同时研究了不同养护制度和管桩余浆含固量对余浆炉渣轻质混凝土抗压强度的影响。结果表明:当余浆炉渣轻质混凝土的表观密度为1800kg/m3时,试块标准养护28d的抗压强度可达到18.9MPa;蒸压养护可明显提高余浆炉渣轻质混凝土的抗压强度。
This paper used the surplus paste of pipe piles and coal-slag filter as raw materials,and used preparation of lightweight concrete by volume method,waste utilization rate can reach 100%.At the same time,we studied the effects of different curing systems and surplus paste of pipe piles solid content on the compressive strength of lightweight concrete.The results show that when the lightweight concrete apparent density is 1800 kg/m^3,compressive strength of 28 d can reach 18.9MPa.Autoclaved curing can improve the compressive strength of lightweight concrete.
